We are a Team. Together-Beside-Together means we share this journey as one team, a great team, the same team. Please join us in supporting Healing Hearts Connection (formerly known as Children's Grief Connection). This will be our 11th jump into the icy waters to help make sure that Hearts of Hope Grief Camp remains FREE for the brave families who show up for a weekend of hope and healing. This year my boys Cooper and Jack will jump with me to show our love for this amazing organization that has helped so many.
im shooting for a big goal in 7 short days. We've done it before with help from Spud Nation, Mooser Nation, Hope Nation, Half Full Nation, Demarais Nation and New Friend Nation. Can we make the goal? Can we keep camp free for families. Can we SHOW UP like our old friend Kate?
